"Be my only love, dear God
May my heart be Yours alone
Give me the faithfulness to love Your Word
When I am longing for worldly pleasures, instill in me Your satisfying peace
Remind me where I have been and how far I have fallen
Help me to remember Your grace is greater than anything I may face
Give me a trusting spirit to know Your will is best-even when my heart is broken
Help me to long more and more for Your presence
In my life, may there be less of me and more of You
In trials, pain and sorrow, may my praises never cease- all the more glorifying Your Name
Give me Your eyes to see people the way You see them
May my love never be hindered by race, social status, gender, wealth or lack of,lifestyle, culture or religion
May my arms embrace the hurting and brokenhearted
Give me the grace to forgive the ones who have wronged me
May I have the boldness to stand up for what is right-even when it causes me to loose my friends,popularity, or social status
Don't let me waste my life on earthly things but may every action count for Your Kingdom
Help me to run the race set before me with vigor-let me sprint all the way to the finish line - never tiring of doing good
And when I stand in Your presence, may I be Your good and faithful servant.May You say, "Well done" for I have done everything You have asked of me
And forevermore, worship at the foot of Your holy, Throne of Grace"
